HN nursery Kanagawa Pref.
This nursery stands in a residential neighborhood. The furniture, designed for versatility, is tailored to this nursery’s educational policies, to let children eat in a seiza posture and to play such as hide-and- seek behind shelves. Solid-wood furniture tends to be heavy, but the children surprised us by how they handled it: they cooperated to carry the tables, and invented ways to play with the chairs̶the furniture became their props for communication.
